4. No Financing Offered
Yadkin Valley Auto Sales does not directly provide third-party financing. Customers are responsible for arranging financing through banks, credit unions, or other lenders.
5. Deposits & Payments
- All deposits made to hold a vehicle are absolute and final.
- Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the customer abandons the purchase.
- Vehicles are sold strictly as-is, unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. In-House Financing / Layaway
- Vehicles placed on an in-house layaway or financing arrangement must be paid in full within 90 days.
- Failure to complete payment within 90 days will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.
- The vehicle will be returned to inventory for sale, and no refunds will be issued.
7. Test Drives & Inspections
We encourage all customers to schedule test drives and arrange for independent vehicle inspections before purchasing.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise noted, vehicles are sold as-is without warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some vehicles may qualify for third-party extended warranties, available at an additional cost.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yadkin Valley Auto Sales, LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:
